The Executive Board, Supervisory Board and Annual General Meeting form the central bodies of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE.

The Executive Board is responsible for the overall results of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group and manages the heads of the divisions and holding units both professionally and disciplinary. It consists of four members.

The Supervisory Board monitors and advises the Management Board on the conduct of business and is thus directly involved in all corporate decisions of fundamental importance.

The shareholders of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE exercise their co-administration and control rights at the Annual General Meeting. Since the merger of the share classes into registered ordinary shares with voting rights in August 2013, each share has granted the same legal rights and obligations and one vote at the Annual General Meeting.
