According to the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), the ordinary shareholders of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE are obliged to inform ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) if the amount of their share of the voting rights in relation to certain thresholds (3%, 5%, 10 %, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 75% of the voting rights).
