ProSiebenSat.1 is the home of popular entertainment and infotainment and one of the leading entertainment providers in the German-speaking world. Our entertainment portfolio is complemented by digital consumer brands in the Commerce & Ventures and Dating & Video segments. With these consumer brands, we are active both in our German-speaking core markets and abroad – especially in North America.

Our strategy focuses on our Entertainment offerings, which we extensively monetize primarily through advertising revenue. Our maxim: "Viewers and Users First". This means that we put our viewers and users at the center of everything we do. We tailor our offers to your needs. In this way, they can be inspired by our content, use our products and ultimately spend as much time as possible with us. Our most important entertainment brands are our 15 free and pay TV channels as well as the streaming platform Joyn as the center of our digital entertainment activities. Our Entertainment business thus Forms the core of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group.

Our Commerce & Ventures Segment has a strategic proximity to our entertainment business. For more than ten years we have been supporting the development of up-and-coming digital companies with our brand-building power. We are continuing on this path by investing in attractive young companies and increasingly relying on our media-for-equity/-revenue model. Our Dating & Video segment offers a diversified revenue base with the ParshipMeet Group, consisting of a subscription business, virtual gifts and Livebox, our live streaming solution, all of which contribute to ProSiebenSat.1's financial profile.

Our goal is to grow profitably across the group and create value for all stakeholders, including viewers, users, advertisers, institutional and private shareholders, politicians and employees. We are focused on increasing our reach by offering local and relevant live content across a wide variety of platforms, as well as modern digital services and products through our Commerce stores. With diversified revenue streams, we monetize our reach through both advertising and our Commerce & Ventures division, which also gave rise to our Dating & Video segment.

The ProSiebenSat.1 Group will continue to be financially disciplined in the future and will act with a clear focus on earnings and cash flow. Our ambition is to increase our sales organically in the medium to long term on average in the mid-single-digit percentage range. So we want to grow profitably across the group and achieve our medium-term financial goals: that is, to generate a P7S1 ROCE (return on capital employed) of over 15 percent and to maintain a gearing ratio of between 1.5x and 2.5x.
