Values
OUR FIVE VALUES
PASSION, INNOVATION, COURAGE, GOAL ORIENTATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
Our five values at ProSiebenSat.1 form a common basis for us. They should offer orientation for decisions and our actions, can connect us across segment boundaries and can already be found in numerous facets of our work.
PASSION
We love, what we do
We burn for the topics we tackle and are proud of what we create. Passion is our companion. It motivates us to implement goals with determination, to move forward consistently and to always give our best. The bigger the challenge, the stronger our will to succeed. Doesn't work - doesn't exist!
INNOVATION
We believe in ideas
Creativity is an essential part of our DNA. With it we move people, brands and markets. We love developing ideas for the future. Ideas that can mean evolution, innovation and revolution. Innovative thinking is essential - for every area of our company.
COURAGE
Courage and curiosity drive us
We see change as an opportunity. We rethink what already exists when it makes sense. We learn from mistakes. We courageously stand up for our convictions - regardless of titles and hierarchies. We trust in our own abilities and those of our colleagues. We represent our opinion, treat other views with respect and act constructively.
GOAL-ORIENTATION
We think and act entrepreneurially
Each individual invests their skills in the success of the company. We take responsibility, big and small, from start to finish. We have a common understanding of goals and we know which of them have priority. We always strive for the best solution. However, we are also willing to compare our goals and their priorities, to adapt them to current situations and - if necessary - to readjust them.
RESPONSIBILITY
We show attitude
We take our social responsibility as a media company seriously and consciously support relevant issues. We want to create public awareness and initiate discussions - in our own way. Sustainable thinking makes the future possible. Also our own. That is why we act sustainably – both externally and internally. "We" is more important to us than "I".
