Prof. Dr. Rolf Nonnenmacher holds a degree in business administration from the University of Regensburg, a doctorate from the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart and is a certified public accountant. He was a member of the Board of the International Federation of Accountants (2003 - 2006), of the Government Commission on Corporate Governance (2000/2001), of the Board of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (2002 - 2007) and of the Board of the German Accounting Standards Committee e.V. (2005 - 2011).
Prof. Dr. Nonnenmacher has been elected as member of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE in May 2015. His current term of office will regularly end with conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in the year of 2025.
