ProSiebenSat.1 is the home of popular entertainment and infotainment and one of the leading entertainment and commerce providers in the German-speaking region. Our entertainment portfolio is complemented by digital consumer brands in the Commerce & Ventures and Dating & Video segments.
The focus is on our unique entertainment offerings. Whether with campfire formats like "The Masked Singer" and "Who steals the show from me?" or successful in-house productions such as "Germany's Next Topmodel - by Heidi Klum": We stand for the best entertainment. Anytime, anywhere and on any device. We combine our 15 free and pay TV stations and our digital streaming platform Joyn with our production, distribution and marketing business. Our claim: "Viewers and Users First". We tailor our offers to your needs and offer local and relevant content that we play out live and on-demand across all platforms.
We are continuously strengthening our reach and monetizing it in a variety of ways: In addition to marketing commercials in the entertainment segment, we invest advertising time in young digital companies in our Commerce & Ventures segment and in return receive shares in the companies themselves or their sales. As part of our investment and commerce activities, we have already strengthened the development of digital consumer brands such as flaconi, Jochen Schweizer mydays and Verivox with our TV reach and advertising power. The Dating & Video segment was also created according to this principle: With the ParshipMeet Group, we have created a leading global player in the dating market and cover a wide range of online dating and social entertainment offers.
Our goal is to grow profitably and create long-term value for all stakeholders: for our viewers, users, advertisers, institutional and private shareholders, politicians - as well as for our around 7,000 employees worldwide.
